Irewolede LCDA Boss,Bakare Seeks Traders Supports , Reiterates Commitment to Community Development

The executive Chairperson, Irewolede LCDA, Hon.(Mrs) Dupe Bakare has sought the cooperation and support of traders towards the development of the LCDA.

The Chairperson made this appeal on Monday during a meeting with Oloris,Iyalajes and Iyalojas from the six communities that made up the LCDA.

Hon. Bakare said the purpose of the meeting was to interface with the market leaders and also brainstorm on how to enhance better commercial activities of each communities through regular patronage of their markets.

Earlier, Olori Christianah Adeyemi, Olori Abiola Olugbesoye and various market leaders who spoke at the meeting, expressed appreciation to the council boss for inviting them for the meeting. They enumerated various challenges hindering smooth running of markets in their domain and urged the government to come in where necessary.

Hon. Bakare reiterated that her administration will continue to partner with all stakeholders in order to take the council to a greater heights.

Present at the meeting were the Secretary to the LCDA,Hon. Isaac Komolafe, ,Mrs Bosede Ogundipe officer in charge of women programmes, Director of information ,Mr Tope Obembe and the Personal Assistant to the Chairperson,Mr Olubunmi Ajayi.
