Irewolede LCDA was filled with excitement on Monday as the Executive Chairperson, Hon. ( Mrs) Dupe Bakare, received the Iloro impact and leadership award from the Iloro progressive union ( IPU), Zone One Branch, Ado Ekiti
The award was presented by the president of IPU,Zone one branch ,Mr. Taiwo Asorona, alongside other executives,in recognition of Hon. Bakare people’s Oriented programmes and implementation of various developmental projects that have significantly impacted the council.
Mr. Asorona during the presentation also commended the Chairperson for maintaining peace and order across the LCDA.
The presentation ceremony, held at the office of the Executive Chairman, was attended by dignitaries including the Vice Chairman, Hon. Samson Kolawole, Secretary to the council, Hon. Adebo Adewale, Head of Local Council Development Area, Mr Babatunde Vincent, Chief of staff, Mr Dada Isaac, and Bakare Babes, who brought excitement with songs
In her remarks, Hon. Bakare expressed heartfelt appreciation for the unexpected recognition and pledged to remain committed to the development of the council. She also commended the unwavering support of the Vice Chairman, Hon. Samson Kolawole, Hon. Adebo Adewale, Secretary to the council, HLA . Mr Babatunde Vincent, and other top management staff of the council for their loyalty, commitment , honesty, and trustworthiness in the council.
