The new Head of Local Council Administration, Irewolede LCDA,Mr. Vincent Babatunde has charged the entire workforce of the council to be dedicated to their duty.
He stated this during a maiden interactive meeting held with the Directors and all staff of the LCDA at the council secretariat on Wednesday,4th June,2025.
Mr. Babatunde emphasized the importance of exhibiting transparency, professionalism, confidence and competence in all aspects of their work.
The HLA admonished the Directors of all departments to encourage their subordinates to do their work diligently and monitor them to stay in their duty post.
While soliciting for the support and cooperation of the entire staff, Babatunde assured them of his readiness to prioritize their welfares at all times.
He however warned against absenteeism, negligence and abscondment from duty.
Also speaking,the Director of Administration and General Service,Mr. Oladele Olutoyin thanked the HLA for calling for the meeting. He described Mr. Babatunde as a dedicated public servant with many years of experience and assured him of cooperation from all members of Staff.
The meeting which was interactive in nature afforded each Directors and other staff the opportunity to present their challenges and expectations from the HLA.
