The Executive Chairman of Irewolede Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. (Mrs) Dupe Bakare, has expressed deep appreciation to Almighty God for His divine protection over the council throughout the year 2025, noting that no casualty was recorded among both political and career officers.
In her New Year message, Hon. Bakare commended the unwavering support and dedication of Irewolede LCDA staff in ensuring progressive development across the six communities that make up the LCDA. She encouraged them to remain even more committed in the new year to continue moving the council forward.
The Chairman extended her heartfelt appreciation to the six royal fathers, political stakeholders, market women, spiritual leaders, and other partners whose support contributed significantly to the council’s notable achievements in 2025.
She further called on all concerned individuals and stakeholders both at home and in the diaspora to renew their commitment and support for Irewolede LCDA, assuring them that 2026 would usher in abundant opportunities for swift and sustainable development across the LCDA.
