Irewolede LCDA Chairman Empowers Security Operatives With Working Tools

The Executive Chairperson of Irewolede Local Council Development Area (LCDA) , Hon. (Mrs) Dupe Bakare, has presented various working tools and operational materials to security operatives within the council area as part of efforts to strengthen security service operations and enhance effective service delivery.

The items distributed include two motorcycles, double – barre gun, laptop computer, touch lights , plastic chairs , office chair and table, among other materials aimed at improving the operational efficiency of the security personnel across the council area.

Speaking during the presentation ceremony, Hon. Bakare explained that the empowerment initiative was designed to boost the morale, efficiency and productivity of security operatives, while also equipping them with the necessary tools required for effective discharge of their duties.

The Executive Chairperson emphasized that security remains a collective responsibility and a top priority of her administration, stressing that the need to continually support the welfare and operational effectiveness of security personnel for sustainable peace and development within the LCDA.

Hon. Bakare also commended the dedication, commitment and sacrifices of security agencies in maintaining peace and order across the council area. She urged the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the items provided in order to justify the purpose for which they were given

The materials were subsequently blessed by the Oluloro of Iloro Ekiti, HRM, Oba James Olugbesoye, who applauded the Executive Chairperson for her visionary leadership and the relative peace being enjoyed across Irewolede LCDA

The royal father further commended the support and cooperation being extended to the administration of Hon. Dupe Bakare by members of staff of the LCDA , noting that teamwork and unity have contributed significantly to the progress and peaceful atmosphere within the council area

In their separate remarks, the beneficiaries expressed appreciation to the council chairperson for the gesture, describing the support as timely and impactful towards improving their operations and overall service delivery.
